The Loyal

The Loyal is one of the best restaurants in NYC, with amazing food and equally amazing service . Go and get a ton of plates to split with one or two people. Start with the P.H. rolls; it's a pull-apart bread that comes with a special butter, and is flaky and delicious. In the pasta category, you'll want the beef shank ravioli in the full size. It's better than any of the others. The "Piedmontese Burger" is also well-known, as it comes with two tomatoes (called 22-step tomatoes) that melt into ketchup when you press the bun down. The side of duck fat tots is 100% necessary. Lastly, you must end your meal with the 20-layer chocolate cake, and you must finish it.
